We're looking for a well-rounded ServiceNow QA Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. While the immediate focus will be on delivering high-quality manual testing across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, we're seeking someone who can also design, build, and maintain automation test suites as our automation capability continues to expand.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established ServiceNow delivery team, working on enterprise-scale transformation projects where quality engineering is a critical part of successful delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end manual testing across ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.

Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using ServiceNow ATF or other automation frameworks.

Create test plans, test cases, regression suites, and test data.

Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.

Identify, document,



and manage defects through to resolution.

Support release validation and production deployments.

Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and customer stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA standards, automation frameworks, and testing processes.

Skills & Experience:

8+ years' software testing experience, including both Manual and Automation Testing.

Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform functionality.

Experience developing automation scripts using ServiceNow ATF or tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.

Robust understanding of STLC, SDLC, regression testing, defect management, and Agile delivery.

Experience with API testing (Postman or similar) and test management tools.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Desirable:

Experience across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or related products.

SQL knowledge for test data validation.

ISTQB Certification.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications. Why Join LTM?
