PMO Analyst
Supports the entire program by maintaining governance, reporting, RAID, recruitment dashboards, milestonesand readiness reporting across all capability portfolios.
Our client is looking at transitioning some of their IT team offshore and will run a program to get the offshore capability set up. So transition experience, setting up offshore capabilities is the key here.
Responsibilities include:
- Supports transition governance and reporting
- Maintains RASCI, RAID logs, actions, decision registers, milestones, and dependencies
- Produces recruitment dashboards, status reporting, and governance packs
- Tracks recruitment, transition deliverables, knowledge transfer tracking, and artefacts
- Coordinates meetings, minutes, and follow-ups
- Confluence administration
