Role requirements

Your application will include the following questions:

- 1. List examples of your ability to prioritize work flow, implement time management and meet deadlines.
- 2. Have you worked unsupervised previously and understand the need for confidentiality? Please list examples.
- 3. Flirt Adult Store requires a high level of oral and written communication skills as part of your role. Please explain how you would:

- The customers are the business keep the customer feeling welcome and warm, so they continue to return. Without customers there is no business.
- Explain your understanding of this and the importance of customer service principals.
- 6. Are you familiar with Point-of-Sale systems (POS), MS Office, Google Sheets? Please list programs you are familiar with.
- 7. The ability to adapt to a changing work environment and flexible hours is very important. You may be required to work at other stores (at times). Most Flirt Adult Stores are open later than normal retail hours. Newtown trade hours will be 10am until 9pm on some days. What is your availability?
