- Are dependable and able to support participants' needs
- Hold eligibility to work in Australia, a Working with Children Check, and an NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Demonstrate clear and confident verbal communication skills, including providing effective guidance to participants and collaborating with families and the team
- Demonstrate strong written communication skills, including completing shift notes, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and professionally
- Ideally hold a Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or similar (on-the-job training and mentoring is also provided)
- Show initiative, emotional intelligence, resilience, and robust problem-solving skills
- Work independently but also thrive as positive team players, open to feedback and ongoing learning
- If you’re reliable and want to support participants to enjoy fun, engaging, leisure-based activities, we’d love to hear from you!
