Sports Coach – Join the Little Sports Heroes Team!

Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives?

At Little Sports Heroes , we're looking for fun, reliable, and motivated Sports Coaches to join our growing team! With more than 70 passionate team members across Victoria, we deliver exciting sports and development programs to children in early learning centres, helping build confidence, teamwork, coordination, and a lifelong love of being active.

Every day is different, and every session is an opportunity to inspire young children through movement, play, and positive role modelling.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver engaging sports and movement programs to children aged 1–5 years in childcare centres.

- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

- Build positive relationships with children, educators, and centre staff.

- Represent Little Sports Heroes with enthusiasm and professionalism.

What You'll Need

- A current and valid Working with Children Check.

- A current Australian Driver's Licence.

- A current Police Check

- Access to a reliable motor vehicle.

- A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn.





Experience in coaching, sport, childcare, education, or working with children is highly regarded—but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
