- Flexibility to work day shifts & sleepover shifts supporting individuals in home.
- Availability on some weekends is a must
- Assist participants with their daily routines and skills, such as- community access, medication, personal care and domestic duties.
- Manage accurate and detailed shift reports, incident reports and progress notes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
