Afrimat CM North (Pty) Ltd, based in Mpumalanga has a vacancy for a:

Site Administrator

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

- Grade 12 (Matric).
- An admin related/health & safety qualification will be advantageous
- Must be computer literate
- Basic financial skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive planning and organising skills
- Must be a team player and able to work independently
- Must be safety conscious
- Must have an understanding of the mining environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must reside in either Mataffini or Msholozi area
- Must be customer focused

Duties And Responsibilities (not Limited To)

- Provide administrative support to the weighbridge, Diesel Bay and health & safety department
- Assist with weighbridge operations, including scheduling and verifying loads, capturing data and maintaining accurate records
- Assist with receiving, issuing and recording diesel voucher and lubricant transactions




- Support the Health and Safety Officer with administrative tasks, record keeping, filling and maintaining Health and Safety documentation
- Prepare, type and maintain correspondence and other administrative documents
- Capture data and compile reports as required
- Maintain accurate filing systems and records
- Report operational or dispatch- related issues to the supervisor
- Maintain good housekeeping standards
- Perform any other reasonable duties as delegated by management
