About the Role

Join a well‑established remedial construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering building repair, restoration, façade remediation, waterproofing, and structural rectification projects across Sydney. They are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise remedial construction projects from site establishment through to completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and daily site activities
- Oversee remediation works including concrete repairs, waterproofing, façade upgrades, structural repairs, and defect rectification
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and manage defect rectification works

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Site Foreman or similar role within remedial construction
- Strong understanding of remedial construction methods, including façade remediation, waterproofing, concrete repairs, structural rectification,



and restoration works
- Experience with PVC membrane systems (FATRA or SIKA), coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on live project environments
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
- Relevant trade qualification or construction‑related background
