We continue to grow across regional Victoria and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Ballarat team.

The opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Site Manager who takes pride in delivering quality homes and creating a positive building experience for every client.

The role

Your responsibilities will include

Managing the construction process from start to finish

Scheduling and coordinating trades and subcontractors

Ensuring all OH&S; requirements are met across your sites

Maintaining quality standards throughout every stage of construction

Delivering homes within agreed construction timeframes

Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing excellent customer service

Monitoring and managing ETS budgets

Building strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams

Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact the build

About you To succeed in this role, you will have:

Previous Site Management experience,



ideally within volume residential construction A strong understanding of the residential building process The ability to manage multiple builds at different stages of construction

Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills A genuine focus on quality and customer service

Clear and confident communication skills The ability to work independently while remaining part of a broader team A motivated, accountable and positive approach
