PCH Civil is continuing to grow across Western Australia, and we’re looking for experienced Civil Site Supervisors to join our project teams on a variety of different sites.

This is a hands-on leadership role for Supervisors who know how to run a work front, lead crews and keep safety, quality and production moving.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

- Leading civil crews and subcontractors across active work fronts
- Managing daily safety, quality and productivity requirements
- Running pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections
- Planning labour, plant, materials and upcoming works
- Coordinating with Engineers, Project Managers and HSET
- Monitoring subcontractor performance and project progress
- Maintaining site records, reporting and compliance documentation
- Identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery

What You’ll Need

Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor eligibility is non-negotiable.

You’ll also need





- 7+ years’ civil construction experience
- Experience across earthworks, roads, drainage, underground services and concrete.
- Demonstrated experience supervising civil crews
- Mining/resources or heavy civil experience
- Current White Card
- Current First Aid
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, plant and equipment
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate works
- Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
