The Role

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing electrical works on commercial construction and fit-out projects across Sydney. You'll coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Your Responsibilities

- Supervising electrical teams on commercial construction projects
- Coordinating daily site activities and workforce planning
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Liaising with builders, project managers, consultants, and other trades
- Managing site safety, compliance, and quality control
- Monitoring project progress and reporting on milestones
- Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and project documentation
- Resolving site issues and maintaining project momentum
- Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring company procedures are followed
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices and tradespeople

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial electrical construction
- Previous experience leading teams or supervising projects
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong planning,



organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards

Desirable

- Experience managing large commercial projects
- ACRS Data Registration
- EWP, Working at Heights, First Aid or additional industry tickets
- Experience with project scheduling and site reporting
- Trade background with demonstrated leadership progression
