We're currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing Construction team. This is a full-time, site-based role overseeing projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area. About the Role

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites across the Perth metro area , ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, you'll lead site operations, coordinate trades, monitor progress, and foster a positive, high-performing site culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site operations across multiple Perth metropolitan projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Maintain project schedules and monitor construction progress.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes, Australian Standards, and project specifications.
- Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing WHS policies and conducting regular site inspections.
- Interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.




- Resolve on-site issues proactively while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Complete site reporting, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Build strong relationships with project stakeholders through clear communication and leadership.

What you'll bring You'll be a proactive leader who enjoys being on-site, solving problems, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction leadership role.
- Experience delivering commercial, residential, or mixed-use construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, trades, and site programmes.
- Deep Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience using construction management or project management software.
- Relevant trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Based in Perth Metro Area
