This is a great opportunity to join a well-established commercial builder a expanding into the NSW market based in the Inner City Suburbs.

With a proven track record interstate, a workforce of 150+, and a strong pipeline of secured work, the business is delivering complex new build, fitout, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects within live, operational environments.

As Site Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, driving programme, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully. You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team with strong Tier 1 backgrounds and play an important role in the continued growth of the NSW business.

What We're Looking For

- Site Supervisor experience with a commercial builder
- Background delivering new build, fitout, refurbishment,



or infrastructure projects
- Solid subcontractor management and site coordination skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery
- Experience working in live or operational environments is highly regarded
- Aviation experience beneficial but not essential
