About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver to join our Brisbane team. This is primarily a warehouse role: you will spend most of your time executing essential warehouse tasks: receiving and storing stock, picking and packing orders, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and supporting the team across daily operations. From time to time, you may also be called upon to cover delivery runs across Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast areas.

Working Conditions

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 5am to 1pm

- Weekends & Public Holidays: always off

- Overtime: occasionally during peak periods (paid accordingly)

What You’ll Do

Warehouse (primary duties):

- Receive, check, and put away incoming goods: pallets, boxes, and containers; in accordance with our HACCP requirements

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintain FIFO (first in, first out) stock rotation across all warehouse areas

- Assist with warehouse routines, cleaning duties, and general upkeep

- Work within a freezer environment as required; appropriate gear is provided

- Follow all HACCP, WHS,



and food safety standards at all times

Deliveries (as required):

- Safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers

- Provide a professional, friendly experience at every stop

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need a warehouse background to thrive in this role. We’re more interested in who you are than what you’ve done. We’re looking for someone organised, detail-oriented, and genuinely reliable. Someone who shows up, takes ownership, and wants to grow.

This is a role for someone who is keen to learn, open to feedback, and looking to build a career, not just fill a position. At Eustralis, we invest in our people, and we want someone who will invest back.

A forklift license would be a bonus, but it’s not a requirement. We’re happy to sponsor the right person to get one. Previous experience in warehouse operations, food distribution, or logistics is welcome but equally not essential. And if you have any familiarity with LEAN or continuous improvement practices, that will be highly regarded.
