Whether you are an established Finance Manager driving commercial strategy, a Senior Finance Officer looking for a change of environment, or a degree-qualified Accounts/Payroll Manager ready to step up into broader financial management, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to guide business decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Managing cash flow, assisting with the annual budgeting process, and monitoring performance against targets.




- Commercial Support: Partnering with key stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and financial advice.
- Process Improvement: Assisting with the implementation of financial software and streamlining existing accounting or payroll processes.
- Team Guidance: Mentoring and supporting junior accounting or administrative staff.

What We Are Looking For

- A Tertiary Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Finance Officer/Manager role, OR you are an experienced Accounts/Payroll Manager with a degree, ready to broaden your scope.
- Robust commercial acumen and the ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and strong Excel skills.
- CA or CPA qualification (or currently actively studying toward completion) is highly regarded.
