St Basil's Homes is seeking an experienced Clinical & Care Lead to provide in office clinical leadership at our Kogarah site. You will guide Registered Nurses, Care Coordinators and care staff to deliver safe, person-centred care aligned with each resident’s goals.

You will drive quality outcomes, compliance, and continuous improvement while mentoring teams and partnering with the General Manager to uphold dignity, respect and choice for older Australians.
