About the Role





You'll manage your own portfolio of business clients while working closely with our partners and management team.

Your work will include:

- Preparing financial statements and tax returns

- Providing taxation and business advice

- Managing client relationships

- Reviewing compliance work

- Researching complex taxation issues

- Assisting with tax planning strategies

- Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes

- Supporting and mentoring junior team members

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least 4 years' Australian public practice experience

- Holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Australian qualification)

- Is CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)

- Has strong technical taxation knowledge

- Enjoys working directly with clients

- Is proactive and enjoys continuous learning

- Has experience with Xero (XPM and FYI experience highly regarded)

- Wants to work in a firm that embraces innovation rather than resists it
