The Role

As SMSF Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 200 SMSF clients on BGL while reviewing outsourced compliance work and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. You'll play a key role in mentoring and managing offshore team members, making strong communication and leadership skills essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Review SMSF financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work on BGL
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 SMSF clients
- Oversee and support offshore team members
- Ensure compliance with current SMSF legislation and regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support to the broader team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships




- Identify process improvements and contribute to ongoing efficiencies

About You

- CA or CPA qualified
- SMSF Specialist Accreditation highly regarded
- Strong technical knowledge of SMSF legislation and compliance requirements
- Previous experience reviewing outsourced or offshore work
- Positive, friendly, and approachable leadership style
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
