About the Role
We are seeking a Dealer Business Manager to join the Mazda Australia team at our State Office in Adelaide. You will play a pivotal role in shaping dealership success. Working closely with dealer leadership, you’ll identify opportunities, drive performance and ensure every dealership delivers the premium Mazda experience. This is a great opportunity to make a genuine impact with a brand known for excellence.
This role requires a full-time, on-site presence and visiting dealers, five days a week, to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections and ensure seamless support across the business.
Key Responsibilities include:
Influence the future of Mazda by partnering closely with our dealer network to build strong, results-driven relationships with Dealer Principals and leadership teams.
Drive performance across sales, service and parts by developing and executing quarterly business plans that meet KPIs while enhancing profitability and customer experience.
Analyse and report on dealer performance, presenting insights and identifying growth opportunities for the Mazda Executive Team.
Support the integration of Mazda standards and programs across dealership operations while championing the Mazda Mindset and sustainability initiatives within the dealer network.
About You:
You’re a natural leader and relationship builder who thrives on achieving results.
You love turning challenges into opportunities and have the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
To be successful, you will have:
3–5 years’ experience in business development or a similar commercial role, ideally within the automotive or retail sector
Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving ability, capable of interpreting data, prioritising competing demands and driving results
Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
