We're looking for a Principal Finance Officer (AO7) to join our Housing and Homelessness Services team in Brisbane. This is a temporary full-time position until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you'll lead a team of five dedicated professionals, providing high-level management and advice to ensure the successful delivery of programs that support Queenslanders in need of housing and homelessness assistance.

This role has a strong financial and data focus, requiring you to manage budgets, oversee grant funding, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. You'll also use data to drive insights, inform decision-making and improve program outcomes.



Your ability to analyse complex information and provide sound advice will be critical to your success.

You'll play a key role in managing social services procurement and grant funding, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and departmental policies.
