Beginnings Early Learners Alfredton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to lead our funded 3-Year-Old Kindergarten program. About the Role

As our 3-Year-Old Kindergarten Teacher, you will:

- Deliver a high-quality funded kindergarten program in line with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).

- Create meaningful learning experiences that support each child's individual development.

- Foster a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment where every child feels valued.

- Build positive partnerships with families and the wider community.

- Mentor and work collaboratively with educators within the kindergarten room.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain high-quality documentation and assessment.

About You





To be successful in this role you will have:

- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).

- Current VIT Registration.

- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

- A current Victorian Working with Children Check (if applicable).

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children to thrive.
