About the Role:

As the Retail Store Manager, you’ll take the lead across all aspects of our retail and spa operations - from driving sales to building a high-performing team and creating unforgettable customer experiences. You’ll bring a hands-on leadership style, a passion for premium skincare, and a focus on empowering your team to achieve results aligned with Jurlique’s values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Sales

- Deliver the signature Jurlique experience with warmth, expertise, and authenticity.
- Inspire and coach your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Educate customers about our heritage, product perks, and spa rituals.
- Promote the Jurlique Insiders Program to build customer loyalty.
- Maintain high service standards and a welcoming, solution-focused environment.
- Lead, develop, and mentor your team to foster a culture of performance and respect.
- Drive team engagement through coaching, regular 1:1s,



and clear communication.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Champion Jurlique Mindsets & Behaviours through everyday leadership.

Operations & Administration

- Manage daily operations, spa bookings (via Timely), and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, stock management, and store policy standards.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, manage payroll and rosters effectively.
- Uphold a clean, organised, and inspiring store environment.

Your skills and experience:

- Proven experience in retail store management, ideally within a luxury or wellness environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
- Experience with team coaching, performance management, and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of the General Retail or Hair & Beauty Award and WHS compliance.
- Certificate IV in Retail Management (preferred).
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (advantageous).
- Results-driven and highly organised with a strong business mindset.
- Passion for holistic wellness and natural skincare.
- Inspiring and supportive leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- Strategic roster and workforce planner.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
