You’ll help coordinate educational events, support marketing campaigns, manage podcast initiatives and contribute to business growth, all while working in a warm and supportive environment with full training provided.
This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, managing projects and working across a variety of marketing, events and client engagement activities. RWS supports doctors and medical practices across Australia with services including Practice Management, Virtual Reception, Recruitment, HR, Marketing, Training and Business Support.
We are passionate about helping healthcare professionals run successful businesses so they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone to help strengthen client relationships and support the growth of our CPD program.
Duties & Responsibilities
End-to-end coordination of CPD events (educational seminars and events for doctors), including accreditation, registrations, sponsorships, promotion and event management.
Coordinating PodMD, our podcast library for doctors.
Organising and assisting with podcast recordings alongside clients and healthcare professionals.
Participating in marketing meetings with clients and assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies.
Analysing marketing data and preparing recommendations and growth strategies for clients.
Supporting the Marketing Manager with onboarding new clients and coordinating client marketing campaigns.
Assisting with social media, website updates, newsletters, conferences and other internal marketing initiatives.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, industry partners and healthcare professionals.
Supporting sales meetings and business development opportunities as experience grows.
Providing administrative support to the Director and Marketing Manager as required.
Contributing ideas and initiatives that support company growth and exceptional client outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications
This role would suit:
A graduate with a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field seeking to kick-start their career; or
Someone with previous experience in marketing, sales, business development, client relationship management or event coordination; or
Someone currently working within the healthcare or medical industry who is looking to step into a marketing, events and business growth role.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has confidence building relationships and is excited by the opportunity to help both our clients and our business grow.
Experience within the healthcare industry will be highly regarded but is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 9-5 pm
You will work from our office in Camberwell 3-5 days per week, with the option to work from home 1-2 days per week once trained.
Attendance at events and conferences (occasional) may be required after hours – Time Off in Lieu provided.
