Eureka Solar & Battery is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team in Ballarat, VIC. This is a full-time role responsible for the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial solar power systems, as well as general electrical installations.

What you'll be doing

- Install, maintain and repair solar power systems
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical advice to customers
- Ensure all work is compliant with Australian electrical standards and regulations
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and management
- Provide exceptional customer service and a positive brand experience
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations

What we're looking for

- Qualified Electrician with a valid Electrician's Licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the solar/renewable energy industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and solar power technology
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills




- Customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
