KASHYAP FAMILY PTY. LTD. Full-Time Chef – Delhi Nights, Hoppers Crossing Delhi Nights is a well-established Indian restaurant located in Hoppers Crossing,3029, dedicated to delivering authentic Indian cuisine with exceptional customer service.

We take pride in using quality ingredients, traditional cooking techniques, and creating a welcoming dining experience for our customers. We are currently looking for a reliable, passionate, and motivated Chef to join our Hoppers crossing team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Indian dishes.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Monitor food costs and minimise wastage.
- Order, receive, and manage stock and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and restaurant management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef in Indian cuisine.




- Applicant must have Cert IV in kitchen Management and Diploma of Hospitality Management.
- Sound knowledge of traditional Indian cooking methods, spices, and recipes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
