South Eastern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Senior Aboriginal Health Outreach Worker for the Integrated Team Care Program. The role is Aboriginal Identified and based at Sutherland Hospital in Sydney's CBD, NSW, with 35 hours per week on a temporary part time basis until 30 June 2027.
You will establish links with Aboriginal communities, identify barriers to access, and help implement culturally appropriate practices while supporting health professionals and services across SESLHD.
