Join us as a Small Business Consultant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth and retention of business insurance customers. You’ll deliver exceptional service via the contact centre, helping customers with new policies, renewals, and adjustments while identifying opportunities to maximise sales and retention. During your first six months, you’ll complete the ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification, giving you a strong foundation for success and future career growth.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne), commencing 5 October 2026. Shifts will be rostered Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 7:00pm (AEST).
What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service via phone, meeting quality and service standards
Manage new business, renewals, and policy adjustments across multiple products and systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
Identify and maximise sales and retention opportunities
Adhere to compliance, governance, and risk management processes
Contribute to continuous improvement and collaborate effectively within the team What You'll Bring Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in customer service, insurance or financial services
High level of digital fluency, comfortable working across multiple systems and tools
Ability to adapt quickly in a quick-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving objectives
