The Opportunity

They are seeking a Small Works Estimator to join their Sydney team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing accurate tenders, cost plans, and take-offs
- Sourcing and negotiating tenders via government portals
- Applying value engineering principles to deliver cost-effective solutions
- Supporting project teams through the bid and delivery process
- Working closely with clients to ensure strong communication and trust

About You:





- 5+ years’ experience as an estimator within the NSW construction industry
- Proven track record across commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, or small works projects
- Strong understanding of NSW construction market pricing
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Proficient with estimating software and MS Office
