Long-Term Opportunity

Siteforce Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a major stadium construction project on the Gold Coast.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-calibre construction skilled who has successfully delivered large-scale commercial projects and knows how to lead from the front.

You’ll be joining an established construction team on a complex, high-profile build and will play a key role in driving the project through construction and delivery.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of site operations and work closely with the Project Director and wider delivery team.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing and coordinating day-to-day site operations
- Leading Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors
- Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Managing subcontractor performance and productivity
- Coordinating major structural, façade, services and finishing packages
- Maintaining high standards across safety, quality and compliance
- Managing site logistics on a large and complex construction site
- Identifying and resolving construction issues before they impact programme
- Working closely with consultants, engineers and project stakeholders
- Driving the project through construction, commissioning and handover

What We’re Looking For





We want to speak with proven Senior Site Managers who have delivered major projects within the Australian construction industry. Ideally, you will have:

- 10+ years’ commercial construction experience
- Strong experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager
- Experience on projects $100M+ highly regarded
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor experience
- Strong programming and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent knowledge of WHS, QA and construction methodology
- Experience managing large site teams and multiple work fronts
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive programme and performance

Experience across stadiums, major commercial developments, high-rise, hospitals, airports, entertainment venues or other technically complex projects would be highly regarded.
