Role Description The Social Media Manager at OL Lyonnes will plan, create, and publish content across multiple social media platforms to support brand awareness and audience engagement. Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across key platforms.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication abilities,

- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to develop consistent, goal-oriented social media plans and calendars.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing skills for crafting concise, engaging, and brand-aligned posts and captions.
- Candidates should possess basic data and analytics literacy to interpret social media metrics and report on performance.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., scheduling and monitoring platforms) and standard graphic or video tools for simple content edits.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and attention to detail.
