The Company Our client is an established and successful menswear apparel retailer with a strong brick-and-mortar and Ecommerce presence. Well-known for their quality products at affordable price points, they are continually growing and expanding their business.

The Role

This is a broad marketing role with social and content at its core. You'll be the driving force behind how the brand shows up across their social channels — but you'll also be embedded in the wider marketing calendar, supporting campaign rollout, retail activations, influencer partnerships and brand moments across three markets.

It's an end-to-end execution role. You'll contribute ideas and insight to the strategy, then own the delivery: concepting, shooting, editing, publishing, tracking and reporting. You'll work across the marketing team, with the buying and merchandising teams, retail operations and external creators.

This role requires prior experience in fashion, apparel, footwear or lifestyle. They need someone who already speaks the language of seasons, drops, ranges and trade calendars as well as an understanding of the fashion aesthetic required in the menswear market.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing execution & campaign support: Support the delivery of the seasonal marketing calendar from campaign launches and product drops to trade events and always-on brand activity.
- Assist with EDM content and calendar coordination, ensuring messaging is consistent across social, email and in-store
- Social channel management:



Own day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Build, maintain and roll out the monthly social content calendar, aligned to the trade and campaign calendar
- Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, tagged content and brand mentions
- Content productio: pre and post production.
- Pre-production: concept, brief, source product, book talent, coordinate locations and build shot lists
- Production: self-shoot photo and short-form video in-store, in-studio and on location
- Post-production: edit short-form video, retouch, caption and deliver platform-native assets
- Influencer & creator partnerships: Identify, research and pitch relevant talent across ANZ and Singapore
- Manage paid partnerships end to end — outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, approvals and delivery
- Run the gifting and seeding program , including product selection, packaging and dispatch
- Budget & reporting: Track and manage the social, content and influencer budget with strict adherence to allocated spend
- Events & activations: Support the planning and delivery of in-store activations and head office events

To be successful within this role, you will have

- You'll bring over 2 years' experience in a Marketing, Social Media or Content role




- Demonstrated experience in a fashion, apparel, footwear or lifestyle retail
- Proven hands-on content creation skills: you can shoot and edit short-form video yourself (iPhone-first is completely fine)
- Solid working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, including native tools and platform best practice
- Experience managing influencer or creator relationships, including gifting and seeding programs
- Confidence with reporting and comfortable talking to performance data
- Exposure to the broader marketing mix — campaign rollout, EDM, retail collateral or brand marketing
- Excellent organisational skills: you'll be juggling samples, shoots, talent, deadlines and budgets at the same time
- Strong written communication and an instinctive feel for brand tone of voice
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and/or CapCut, Canva
