you'll play a key role in bringing our ethical sourcing strategy to life by partnering with suppliers to drive meaningful social and environmental outcomes across our global network.

Working cross-functionally across Merchandising, Supply Chain and Production, you'll lead supplier social compliance, worker voice initiatives, environmental programs and human rights due diligence. You'll build trusted supplier partnerships, drive continuous improvement and help ensure our sourcing network meets the high standards we set.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage the end-to-end supplier compliance lifecycle in line with our Code of Conduct.

Lead worker voice and supplier engagement initiatives.

Support human rights due diligence and Up-to-date Slavery compliance.

Partner with Supply Chain to strengthen traceability and supplier risk management.
