We're looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance across multiple projects, driving best practice testing, release confidence, automation, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

- Own QA strategy, test planning and execution across client projects.
- Lead release readiness, quality governance and defect management.
- Drive test automation and AI-enabled QA practices.
- Collaborate with delivery, engineering and client stakeholders.
- Mentor and uplift QA team capability across onshore and offshore teams.

About You

- Proven experience as a QA Manager, Test Manager or Senior QA Lead.
- Robust background in test strategy, planning, execution and quality governance.




- Experience with Jira, Xray or similar test management tools.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience in digital, eCommerce or retail environments is highly regarded.
