Power and Solar Group installs residential solar, battery storage and EV chargers across Sydney. Every system we put on a roof cuts a family's power bill and hands them back their POWER. That is why we exist, and why we care as much about the job being right as the job being done.

This is a long term growth role for someone who wants a real crack at building a career with a growing company. Accountability matters here. You own the job from quote acceptance through to sign off, you learn to quote, and you earn on the sales you write as well as the installs you finish. Steady work, a small team, and a long runway for anyone willing to work hard.

The role

- Lead the job from quote acceptance through to sign off and handover
- Install and commission residential solar, battery storage and EV chargers




- Plan the job and order materials so it runs on time and on budget
- Switchboard work, fault finding, testing and compliance paperwork on the day
- Learn to quote and run your own quotes, with training from us

What we are after

- SAA solar and battery accreditation, or we will pay for it and get you through it
- White Card, driver licence, comfortable at heights
- Knows their trade and still asks the question when unsure
- Can run a site on budget without being chased
- Does the job properly when nobody is watching
- In it for the long haul
