Triple 333 Medical Centre – Merrylands NSW

Triple 333 Medical Centre is seeking a Female Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team in Merrylands, NSW. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through evidence-based physiotherapy practice. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, helping patients recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall functional capacity and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programmes as required to achieve optimal outcomes
- Provide patient education and advice on self-management, injury prevention, and home exercise programmes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records in accordance with professional standards
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals, GPs, and specialists to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment, supporting team collaboration and excellence in service delivery
- Stay current with physiotherapy best practice and continue career development through ongoing training and education
- Write progress reports to provide to healthcare team, including doctors, insurance and other allied health

What we're looking for

- Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a physiotherapist
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification




- Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal and/or rehabilitation physiotherapy settings
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and ability to develop effective, patient-centred treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare colleagues
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
- Current First Aid certification
- Working With Children Check
- Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems (desirable)
