The Role

With a strong national presence and growing demand, our Brisbane offering is expanding, and we're looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a rapid-paced, client-facing role where you'll manage recruitment delivery while growing accounts and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct client site visits and develop ongoing partnerships
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for temporary and permanent roles
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality placements
- Coordinate and deliver high-volume/bulk recruitment campaigns
- Maintain talent pipelines and proactively source new candidates
- Grow revenue through account expansion and business development
- Negotiate rates and terms with clients
- Ensure compliance with industry, safety, and company standards
- Provide general administrative and office support as required

About You





We're looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment, outcomes-focused, and motivated by strong client results.

You will have

- Proven experience in recruitment or account management (leadership experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A results-driven mindset with strong time management and organisation
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail and experience using recruitment software or CRM's
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive approach to business growth
- A self-motivated, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented team
- Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
- Hold a current driver's licence and understanding of WHS or compliance in blue collar industries
