Job Description

Step up and lead the crew at our Batemans Bay Depot

Ready to take the next step and lead from the front

As Depot Team Leader, you’ll run day-to-day operations while guiding your team to deliver a great customer experience. You’ll lead by example, helping customers with the Return and Earn machines, supporting the team on busy days, and ensuring the site stays clean, protected and running smoothly.

You’ll be the go-to person on shift, keeping the team motivated, organised and on track. Whether coaching team members,



solving problems on the spot or making sure everyone is set up for success, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, high-energy work environment.

We’re looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership and be a friendly, reliable face customers and team members can count on. If you enjoy leading people, staying active and being part of something that supports your local community and the environment, you’ll fit right in.

Some details about this role

- Full-time role working across four weekdays and one weekend day per week
- Background checks: Federal police check, pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen, and reference checks

Qualifications

About you

- Previous experience in a people leadership role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and general IT skills
- Customer service experience
- Cleaning or maintenance experience
- High level of verbal and written communication
