Phatboyz Smokehouse and Kitchen in Ipswich, Queensland seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver outstanding low and slow barbecue dishes alongside our pitmasters.
You will work with Front of House management to grow the business, uphold high standards, and drive a positive, protected, and busy kitchen environment. ASEAN work rights may require eligibility; training on Low n Slow will be provided and you will work with some of the best pitmasters in Australia.
