The role
You'll manage your own portfolio of clients across a genuine mix of work: individual, company, trust and partnership returns, BAS and IAS, Division 7A, FBT, and increasingly, advisory work as you grow into it. Client contact is encouraged early — you'll be speaking with business owners directly, not passing queries up a chain.
About you
- 2–4 years' experience in business services or tax within an Australian public practice firm
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards it (study support provided)
- Confident across Xero and cloud accounting platforms
- Someone who enjoys client relationships and wants exposure beyond compliance
