Norths Collective is seeking a Loyalty Host Manager to lead the Gaming and Loyalty Host Team, delivering exceptional service experiences to members and guests across our venues. You will own day-to-day operations of the gaming room service, drive engagement, and uphold responsible and sustainable gameplay.
The role requires building relationships with stakeholders, training staff, monitoring compliance including self-exclusion, and managing an operating budget with P&L; responsibilities.
