Internal Sales Support & Project Coordination - Lighting

My client is a premier manufacturer and distributor of high-end residential and architectural commercial lighting solutions. As the trusted partner for leading architects, luxury residential builders, lighting designers, and tier‑one contractors, they have built an outstanding reputation for excellence by fusing elevated aesthetic design with technical innovation and seamless project delivery.

The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Support Specialist to join their Sydney Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the essential link between luxury design concepts and final project completion. Your focus is on providing high‑level operational coordination to ensure bespoke residential and commercial lighting projects move through the specification, design, and construct phases with absolute precision, efficiency, and a white‑glove level of service.

Your Responsibilities:

Serving as a primary point of contact for architects, interior designers, and commercial contractors, managing enquiries with a refined, professional approach.

Coordinating the full lifecycle of project quotes, sales orders, and invoicing with meticulous attention to detail to ensure project milestones and specification standards are met.

Providing dedicated, high‑level support to internal sales teams, design consultants,



and external project stakeholders to ensure a smooth, end‑to‑end client journey.

Partnering with local warehouse and supply chain teams to oversee the timely delivery of architectural fittings, custom orders, and key project consignments.

Managing back‑orders, forward‑orders, and project tenders to ensure accurate lead times across both high‑end residential builds and commercial developments.

Maintaining internal price books, technical datasheets, and product catalogs to ensure all documentation remains current and accessible.

Requirements:

A background in high-end residential, architectural, or commercial lighting, electrical, or luxury interior design industries is highly desirable.

Experience in a project‑centric sales support or account coordination role handling end‑to‑end order management.

Natural team player who is self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of managing energetic project priorities with confidence.

Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for detail, tailored for high‑spec residential and commercial project standards.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored for engaging with high‑profile clients, specifiers, and contractors.

Salary and Benefits:

Base: $75,000 – $90,000 + Super

Performance-based Yearly Bonus
