About the Role:

Our Service Delivery People (SDPs) are the face of Alsco Uniforms and have a key role to play in delivering exceptional customer service predominantly in the mining sector.

- MC licence is essential
- Home branch location for all truck loading is Mackay
- Driving to and from Townsville daily in our state of the art Prime Mover




- 3:00am start Tuesday through Saturday with Saturday split between group
- Monday maintenance day for vehicle

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Loading/unloading of the truck between depots to ensure efficient completion of route / run each day;
- Transporting soiled and clean goods between depots for laundering and delivery;
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure Service Excellence;
- Complying with Alsco Uniforms' Safety standards
- Communicating all delays, concerns and relevant information to Service Account Manager in a timely manner.

You will be both on the road for long periods, and interacting with other people regularly, taking pride in yourself on representing Alsco Uniforms to the customers and community. You will also be used to meeting and exceeding performance targets set for your role.
