The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Facilities Coordinator to join the Star Hotels team in Brisbane QLD, on a Permanent Fulltime basis.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial and executive team, your primary focus is to ensure the effective understanding of retail leases and external commercial leases.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure we have full understanding of all leases and management and co-ordination of building maintenance
- Develop effective and proactive working relationships with internal and external stakeholder,



including landlords and tenants
- Source and engage external services and supplies in a cost conscious manner
- Assist Operations with Contractor Management
- Assist Head of Commercial with negotiations and documentation when required

Your background

- Industry experience in a similar position within the commercial retail space
- Ability to manage customer satisfaction, expectations and needs
- Strong communication skills and able to effectively liaise with staff at various levels
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to work autonomously and prioritise conflicting workloads
