Ambitious Foremen | Step Up to Site Management

Are you an experienced Foreman who feels ready for the next step but has reached the ceiling in your current role?

This is an opportunity to join a highly successful Tier 2 principal contractor that is recognised for developing its people and promoting from within. They are looking for an ambitious Finishes Foreman, Structures Foreman or General Foreman who has the capability, mindset and leadership qualities to transition into Site Management.

About You

You will be a qualified carpenter with a strong background delivering multi-level residential or commercial projects, ideally with experience working on projects valued from $30M+.

You will have:

- QBCC Site Supervisor’s Licence
- Proven experience as a Foreman with a Tier 2 or large Tier 3 builder in Australia - preferably Brisbane
- Strong understanding of construction programs, sequencing, quality and safety
- The ability to lead subcontractors and drive outcomes on site
- A calm,



methodical approach when managing pressure and competing priorities
- The confidence and maturity to take the next step into Site Management

Most importantly, you are someone who naturally leads from the front. You have the respect of your team, communicate well, think ahead and understand what it takes to deliver a successful project.
