Senior Storeperson / Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Geebung, Brisbane Northside

Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 + Super (based on experience)

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Storeperson / Warehouse Coordinator to take ownership of our warehouse operations and ensure our installation teams have the right equipment, at the right time, every day.

About the Role

This is much more than a standard warehouse position.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock accuracy and supporting our installation crews across Queensland and New Southg Wales

Working Hours

- Monday – Friday: 5:30 am – 1:30 pm

- Permanent Full-Time Position

- No weekend work (other than occasional overtime by agreement, if required)

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect and accurately receipting incoming deliveries

- Pick, pack and prepare materials for daily installation crews

- Load and unload delivery vehicles using a forklift

- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records

- Conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes

- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels

- Assist with purchasing and supplier deliveries





- Coordinate freight bookings and warranty returns (RMA)

- Deliver stock to job sites if required

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse

- Ensure all materials are stored correctly and safely

- Work closely with our operations and installation teams

About You

To be successful in this role you'll have:

- Current unrestricted Australian Open Driver Licence (essential)

- Current Forklift Licence (LF) (essential)

- Previous warehouse or storeperson experience(essential)

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- High attention to detail

- Strong computer skills and confidence using inventory software

- Good communication skills

- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Highly Regarded

- Experience in the solar, electrical or wholesale distribution industry

- Experience with inventory management or ERP systems

- Purchasing or procurement experience

- MR Licence
