UP TO MAMA – Events and Restaurant Supervisors

MAMAS Dining Group is looking for Events and Restaurant Supervisors to help lead events and large group dining at Hochi Mama CBD.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a confident restaurant supervisor who enjoys leading from the floor and has a natural feel for large groups, celebrations and event-style dining.

Working closely with the Venue and Events Managers, you’ll help lead Hochi Mama CBD’s smooth service, strong communication and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll be a excellent fit if you can:

Lead busy restaurant service with confidence, presence and a calm approach under pressure

Host and coordinate large group bookings,



celebrations and event-style dining experiences

Keep service organised across floor staff, sections, timings, seating plans, dietary notes and guest requirements

Communicate clearly between FOH, BOH and management to keep the team prepared and service flowing

Support team training, service standards, labour control and day-to-day operational efficiency

Bring strong guest focus, particularly with large groups and hosted dining experiences
