Salary package: $141,637 - $148,403 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides corporate IT services to ANU staff, students and visitors in support of achieving excellence in research, teaching and public policy. These services include network, communications, computing platforms, data storage, desktop and mobile access, enterprise systems, student learning environments, and IT security. The work of ITS is coordinated with services provided within and by University Colleges and other Service Divisions to form a cohesive, University-wide information services infrastructure. This role is critical as part of the ANU Digital Plan, working across a team providing delivery leadership and expertise to ensure the University’s programs achieve the highest standards.
Position overview
Under the broad direction of the Associate Director, Digital Student Services, the Senior Project Manager will oversee the inception, execution and review of key ITS projects aimed at achieving the University’s strategic objectives. To achieve this, the Senior Project Manager may work alone or in a small team but will engage with a broad group of stakeholders, including ITS functional teams, Colleges, Service Divisions, Executives and vendors and external partners as required. The Senior Project Manager is required to deliver on time, budget and to the quality expectations of the customer with a focus on ensuring that the agreed outcomes of the project are delivered. They are expected to apply the agreed project management methodology as relevant for the project.
