The Role: Elevate the Experience

We are seeking an exceptional and energetic Chef to join our back-of-house team. This role is perfect for anyone who lives and breathes hospitality and has a genuine passion for curating unforgettable dining experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Head Chef and team in the day-to-day operation.

Dish Preparation: Ensure dishes are prepared with care, presentation and attention to detail.

Venue Standards: Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation.

Team Collaboration: Support training and mentoring of Junior staff, helping build a positive team culture.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Experience: Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally a pub, restaurant or casual dining venue.

Attributes: We are seeking energetic candidates with a respectful demeanour and a genuine willingness to learn new skills.



You must be committed to being a helpful and collaborative team member.

Mandatory Requirements

Current Food Handlers Certificate.

Cert III/ IV in Cooking/ Kitchen Management (Desirable, Not Required).

Chemform Training Certificate.

Working Rights
