We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Trainee Concrete Cutter. No prior experience is necessary — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a good attitude. Full training provided on the job!

What We Offer

Starting wage: $43.50 per hour + $2.50 site allowance

About the Role

You will work alongside experienced operators and learn to:

Cut & core concrete and asphalt using industry-standard tools

Assist experienced operators on-site with setup, clean up, and job prep





Gain hands‑on experience in reading plans and using power tools safely

Follow all health and safety procedures

Help maintain equipment and vehicles

What We’re Looking For:

Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual labour both indoors and outdoors.

Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

White Card (Construction Induction) – or willingness to get one
