Our South Yarra restaurantcelebrates and draws upon both Aboriginal and South African traditions.We arelooking for experienced and passionateCooks who arecommitted to exceeding our customers' expectations whilst leading a professional and hardworking team.

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

- 1 + year of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume workplace
- A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification or at least 1-3 years of relevant employment experience.
- Prepare all dishes to The Meat & Wine Co standards and recipes
- Strong understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service




- Effective communication skills to maintain a secure and friendly working environment
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
- Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
- Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays on a full time contract

- Full Time contract of $75,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation per annum.
